Privacy Notice
How website enquiries and subsequent engagement information are handled.
Information collected
When you contact BluePeak Verity, information may include your name, business or firm name, contact details, country or time zone, requested service and the scope information you choose to provide.
Do not submit sensitive records through the public website
Do not send tax identification numbers, bank details, identity documents, portal passwords, one-time passwords, payroll records or client financial files through the public enquiry experience. A separate controlled process should be agreed before records are exchanged.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry information is used to evaluate fit, respond, scope an engagement, maintain professional correspondence and meet legitimate legal or record-retention obligations. Information should not be retained longer than reasonably required for those purposes.
Third-party communication services
Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Visitors should use a communication method suitable for the sensitivity of the information.
Engagement data
Where an engagement proceeds, confidentiality, access, processing location, security controls, permitted disclosures, retention and deletion should be addressed in the engagement documents and any applicable data-processing terms.
